Doubletree By Hilton Santa Fe Hotel

The hotel was extremely beautiful with very friendly people from first being greeted with such a wonderful "Welcome " from the Receptionist.

The setting was awkward.

The cleanliness and the staff were so nice!

The parking was small.

Families should really think twice

The manager was a superhero, . The dinner food was surprisingly really good for a hotel, bless them.

It cost a fortune, but I guess some things come with a price.

Costomer service was phenomenal.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a busy area, near to the plaza and several restaurants. View of the mountains was great, the room was updated and well priced. All in all it's perfectly clean place, has extremely comfy beds and the staff were extremely friendly and lovely friendly people who works on the night shift. The breakfast was bountiful, the check in was friendly. It was great to have fireplace in the lobby.

It was comfortable, clean and close to restaurants and shopping.

We just had a good stay here! The breakfast buffet was great, and the friendly bartender made our evenings enjoyable. The pool area was well kept, too. I would return, but I hoped for better room quality.

The housekeeping service was excellent, but the pool was unavailable.

I enjoyed the King Suite Non-Smoking for one night. The staff were cute and responsive. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. I loved the complimentary cookies. The dining experience was also very good 🍪

Oh, the breakfast spread! Those sweet rolls were next-level delicious, and the dinner service shined brighter than a Santa Fe sunset. The staff? Truly wonderful. Apart from that, the complimentary cookies were a sweet surprise 🍪

So, full disclosure, the pool was MIA, being renovated when I checked in, and I had to clean out a sink full of hair.

Comfortably furnished rooms with enough space to stretch out. The unique cookie tradition at check-in adds a nice personal touch.

Dated decor strikes a weird note for a hotel in this price range. I encountered a lobby that felt uncomfortably warm, almost as if the air conditioning were on a permanent vacation. Had to deal with a noisy room thanks to thin walls that allowed sounds from the outside and hallways to seep in. The pool situation was a letdown. Not quite what I'd expect for the money spent.

The king suite was spacious and included a fridge and microwave. The staff was cute and responsive. They offered delicious cookies, made my day!
